A staple in German naturopathy, women’s tea is typically enjoyed by women of fertile ages, whether a cup enjoyed together with your girlfriends, to wind down the day, to have a break, before or during your menses. It is said to keep hormones balanced and may support a smoother cycle.
Ingredients: yarrow, lady’s mantle, stinging nettle, peppermint, raspberry leaf, black currant leaf
Instructions: use 1 full teaspoon per cup, 1 x daily or as needed. Let infuse for 5-7 min. Before or during your menses you can drink up to 3 cups per day.
